Here at Fine Music, we will be presenting jazz from midday till midnight on Sunday 30th April. We begin at 12 noon with our regular jazz program on 102.5FM, presented by Chris Wetherall, celebrating world jazz. At 1pm we switch to Fine Music Digital, where Jeannie McInnes will present a special program marking the centenary of recorded jazz, featuring music from 1917. The day will continue with performances from our Founders Studio, other Sydney performances recorded by Peter Nelson, and
special Jazz Australia programs. Then at 10pm it will be back to 102.5 to join Kevin Jones for After Hours, his highly popular regular jazz-based late night program. Our full program for the day will be available on our jazz page at www.finemusicfm.com, where, of course, all our programs are available to live stream anywhere in the world without the need of a radio. Help us celebrate International Jazz Day – listen to Fine Music and support your local musicians and events.
